Privacy
Your request, and what we do with it.

- What we collect
- What you type into the request form: your search criteria, must-haves, notes, name, company, email and country. We also record the time of submission, your IP address and browser type to block spam.
- Why
- To reply to you, to find companies that match your request, and to prepare deal reports for you. Nothing else. We do not use your request for advertising and we do not sell it.
- Where it is stored
- On Google Cloud (Firestore) in the Tokyo region, and as an email notification to our team. Drafts of the form are saved in your own browser only, and are removed when you send the request.
- Who sees it
- The TSUGU team. When you ask us to pursue a specific company, we share with the seller's broker or accountant only what is needed to open a conversation, and we tell you first.
- How long
- Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever is sooner.
- Your choices
- Email info@syssol.co.jp to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 10 business days.
- Cookies and tracking
- This site sets no tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to keep an unsent form draft, and nothing else.
