How to read the score

The match score (0–100) is how well a company fits your request: industry, region, size, budget and must-haves. It is not a quality score. A company can score 90 and still get a “pass” verdict if the numbers do not work, and we show low-scoring companies when they teach you something about the market.

Why “all-in” matters

Japanese listings show an asking price. The buyer usually also pays the seller’s broker, often a fixed minimum of ¥20–25M regardless of deal size, plus a marketplace fee and any debt on the balance sheet. On small deals these can double the real cost. Every report starts from what you actually pay.
